Full Circle Construction Corp.

A commercial door product was ordered from our e commerce website from [redacted] at Full Circle Construction. He used his [redacted] account to purchase this product and we delivered it within 3 business days. Two months later we received a notice from [redacted] the the customer issued a charge back. Our business never had any correspondence from any person with Full Circle Construction. We never received any complaint of the product and was never asked to issue an RMA to return a faulty product nor any complaint that they received the wrong product. When all was settled the charge back was issued from the CC company and we were given no explanation as to why. My company lost the payment for the product and never received the product back from Full Circle Construction.
