2-Please look at the web site it says days , very clear
3- My concern is this advertisement is clear fraud to the customers

After reviewing Ms.

we do not offer sample sizes, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day
supply of product for free at only the cost of shipping and handling for a
limited time of 14 days....
Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you
are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in an automated
shipping program that is designed to save customers from the inconvenience of
having to manually place the order every 30 days, and allows our consumers to
see continuous results. Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] did not contact us to
obtain a refund or cancellation. Because customer satisfaction is very
important to us, we have refunded Ms. [redacted] $89.97 for the charge that occurred
on 6/22. Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on to her
bank account. In addition, her account with us has been cancelled; therefore,
she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business
and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
