Did not receive my order Sent several emails providing proof that my order wasn't received Have not heard anything back from them Tried calling several times but no one answered the phoneThe one time I was able to speak with someone they informed me that I needed proof from post office that the package was not delivered I emailed them the ”search missing mail” ID number I still haven't heard anything backThe package was shipped using *** *** and it is insured All they need to do is file a lost mail claim and send me a new order
