Ive ordered product from their [redacted], TN store and have always been given excellent customer service. This is my first expierance dealing with the [redacted] store and it will be my last. They overcharged me for the shipment of my flex hose and treated the person picking up the order with less than acceptable customer service.Product_Or_Service: Flex HoseDesired SettlementRefund for the overchargeBusiness Response I received your letter dated Oct. 27, yesterday, Nov. 3, 2014. This is the first letter I have received, not saying it did not arrive just that it did not get to the correct office. I am sending Mr. [redacted] a letter today explaining that when we ordered the item from the vendor we requested that it be shipped [redacted] collect. It was not, it was shipped truck line which is more expensive. I am also apologizing for any discourtesy of our employees. The employee in that incident has been reprimanded. Included in the letter to Mr. [redacted] is a check in the amount of $87.30 which is the exact amount of a credit I received yesterday from the vendor. I regret that the customer had to come to the Revdex.com for satisfaction as we strive to provide our customers with quality products and outstanding customer service.
