Fuentes and Sons Transportation

I ordered freight on two dedicated trucks to one job-site. My manufacturer contracted for dedicated trucks. The first of the 2 trucks was 4 hours late because after my vendor loaded the freight Fuentes broke the contract and picked up another load. While rearranging my freight to make room for the contract breaking second load, Fuentes knocked a crate of glass off the truck. What I’ve received so far, 12 hours after my appointment, is a dedicated truck that Fuentes rearranged to void the dedicated contract meanwhile destroying my freight. The second truck is on a route that makes no logistical sense and is “broken down.” I’m assuming given the route (went through the Rocky Mountains which is much slower than not) is because my second dedicated truck also broke contract and is carrying extra freight. The owners son, Jose Fuentes is driving this truck. I have his phone number and called and left a voicemail stating I am the person you were supposed to meet 12 hours ago. Since he didn’t call to say he’s had mechanical issues, nor does he answer his phone, I’m assuming he’s no different than the truck that arrived 4 hours late today. He was “15 minutes away” every 15 minutes for 4 hours while he made his contract voiding other delivery. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, in void of contract(s) and to top it off wreck your freight when they rearrange it out of greed. How do you drop glass of a semi, arrive un-tarped and say you made a delivery before ours and expect anything less than my coming company to the CA Attorney General.
