I found Mark Koehlke to be one of the best I have delt with at KIA. My battery died and when I phoned service he got me in immediately.. He informed me of my 20k inspection, DONE. He called me immediately when my vehicle was done. We walked out together to my vehicle it had been cleaned and returned in the same shape or better when I brought it in. I could have waited but I went home, within an hour it was ready and because of this young man I have recommended many people to KIA. Mark has always been up front to the point and I like that. I always go to him for my service because of the service he does. Excellent employee.
First time in yrs I hold a car note and am not very happy....I asked when they brought out the papers what was my interest rate and he said % and at the time my credit score was about so I expected a better rate....then I had an oil change and told the man I wanted my tires rotated...Over and hour later he comes and tells me my car is ready and I ask if the tires were rotated and he said no you don't need them done right now as they are to 80% life left on the tires...who is he to decide for me if there is or not...I am the customer and I was willing to pay for the rotation Then this week I called the bank who holds my note and asked what the interest on my note was and she told me it was %...How dare they do this...Lie to make a sale because I definately would not have purchased this car..Very poor business practices to me
I had the worst experience at Fcillo Kia of Cape CoralI leased a vehicle years ago and when I came into their location interested in buying the vehicle out, I dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful staff membersFirst of all the number that was given to me was completely unreasonable for the type of vehicle and the loan amountInstead of explaining how they came out with the absurd monthly payment, they questioned me on how I came up with my preference monthly rangeThe salesman then grabbed a finance person who came out to me and tried to talk me into leasing another vehicle, which I clearly stated I did not wantAfter speaking to me VERY briefly, he crumbled the paperwork in front of my face and with a smirk on his face, shook my hand and said "Have a great day." A few days later I went to my personal bank to buy out my lease and my payment was 50% less than what Kia came to me withMy bank then told me that I needed to get my buy out paperwork done through the dealership and faxed over in order to get my process goingI called Fcillo Kia (while in front of the individual at the bank and on speaker) and spoke to a man named "Jerry" who told me that he was too busy to help me because it was a Friday afternoon and proceeded to hang up one meI will NEVER return to this dealership and will NEVER suggest anyone to go to Fcillo Kia of Cape CoralI have never been treated in such a mannerInstead of "MrHuge" spending all of his money and resources on ridiculous commercials, he needs to have a better screening process when hiring his employees and show that he actually cares about his customers
First time in 30 yrs I hold a car note and am not very happy....I asked when they brought out the papers what was my interest rate and he said 2.9 % and at the time my credit score was about 830 so I expected a better rate....then I had an oil change and told the man I wanted my tires rotated...Over and hour later he comes and tells me my car is ready and I ask if the tires were rotated and he said no you don't need them done right now as they are 70 to 80% life left on the tires...who is he to decide for me if there is or not...I am the customer and I was willing to pay for the rotation..
Then this week I called the bank who holds my note and asked what the interest on my note was and she told me it was 3.9 %...How dare they do this...Lie to make a sale because I definately would not have purchased this car..Very poor business practices to me..
