ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS AND DISGUSTING COMPANY I ORDER FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY THEY HAD TO MAKE A SUBSTITUTION, BUT "NEVER" CALLED I JUST HAPPENED TO CHECK MY EMAIL TO SEE THAT WAS HAPPENING THE FLOWERS RECEIVED "DIED" DAYS LATERMADE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO RECTIFY AND WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THEY WILL CALL THEIR LOCAL FLORIST TO RE-DELIVERWHICH NEVER HAPPENEDSO THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY I HAVE KEPT ALL OF THEIR EMAILS, SO THEY CANNOT LIE THEY TRIED THE DAY LIMIT GARBAGE, I CALLED WITHIN THAT PERIOD AND IT NEVER GOT RECTIFIED

I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday to the funeral home for a family friends visitation + funeral (which took place on Sunday and Monday respectfully)FTD contacted me on Tuesday to inform me that the flowers were not delivered due to a "system error out of our control"I asked FTD to deliver the flowers on Tuesday but they could not due to privacy concerns
I received a full refund on Wednesday without a written apology It is absolutely unacceptable that FTD did not contact me over the weekend to inform me of potential delivery issues so I could correct them

I made an online order on May 2nd for flowers to be delivered on the 5th, there was a delivery charge of placed on my billI received an e-mail the evening of the 6th stating that the flowers were delivered on schedule but did not actually arrive until the morning of the 7thThe flowers were dying and slimyI sent e-mails and did not get an answerI would never recommend or use FTD ever again
