[redacted] stayed in the motel 10/25/she complained that the floor was uneven and she almost fell, and the chain on the door was not in working order(the deadbolt and the lock on the door were in proper working order) I did speak with her and I asked what she would like us to do? she said she wanted to know if we were going to charge her credit card? I asked if she stayed the night, if she filled out a complaint form and did she ask Security for a different room? She did stay in the room and she did not fill out a form and she did not request to be moved to a different roomShe also complained about the ice machine and I told her that we are in the process with the Board in trying to purchase or lease new onesIn the mean time maintenance has removed the broken ice machinesI believe the phone call ended with her stating she was going to write the Revdex.com and I stated that that was her right.I did place an order with Coca Cola to send out a repair person to make sure everything is working properly on the machines and there is a 1-# on the machine that consumers can use to get refundsPlease note that motel has informed me that the same customer is requesting a room for December 6, [redacted] ***Member Service FORT CLARK SPRINGS ASSOCIATION, INC
