Review: I had purchased several items from them. 2 items a ankle support and a elbow support were not what they appeared to be when I ordered them. I contacted them upon receiving the items per their instructions to request a return. They sent me a email saying they would charge me $13.50 for a fed ex return label and a 10% restocking fee. I could not believe it. With those charges it would leave me a few dollars over what I paid for the 2 items. I told them to remove me from their email list as I would not do business with them again. The next day I receive a robo call from them wanting me to order from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the item via USPS and receive my full refund.
