Fry's Westport Fairfield Piano, Inc.

Review: I placed a piano on consignment with Fry's Westport Fairfield Piano in Fairfield CT. It wa a piano that they sold me 1 year earlier. They picked up the pianio on July 20, 2103 and indicated that they would display it in their showroom. The consignment was supposed to be for 90 days renewable for another 90 days. I have tried to contact them throughout 2014 to find out the status. My calls are routed to a cell phone of an individual that claims he is 'helping' Fry's and that when he gets a chance, he will call me with information on the piano. He has never provided any information back. The piano is a [redacted] upright in very good condition with an estimated resale value of $2,500-$3,000. The indicated we would net $1,800 after sale.

I don't know what to do as they hold the piano now and wont respond to my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the expected $1,800 from the sale of the piano that has been on consignment with them for >1 year.
