Fruitvale-Schanno Irrigation

This complaint began because our server sat the table that customer writing this complaint was sitting at because she knew several of the people in the party, apparently he took issue with that and placed a complaint with Denny's.  We responded to that complaint, he said everything...

was fine and we sent him some coupons.  The server in question also spoke with several people in the group and thought everything as fine as well.I am not sure what / where this complaint is coming from - Denny's is not responding to him because at no time does Denny's give that information out to the store level (they would have absolutely no way of knowing what anybody's name is), so his "story" does not make sense.I have left [redacted] a message letting him know he can call me, but beyond that we are not going to engage in what is clearly "personal" in nature - these people knew each other, that's how she received his name.Please let me know if you have any further questions.
