If you have dogs, do not call this company. Their technicians are afraid of dogs no matter how nice hour dog is or even if you put your dog away. Another company would probably be best, especially if you are taking time off of work to have your appliance repaired. Perhaps their ad should say that they don't service appliances at houses with dogs. That would be helpful in avoiding wasting the homeowner's time as well as the company. This company is not dog friendly.

I was given Frost Appliance's information from my home warranty. The technician was friendly and helpful. He knew exactly the issue, ordered the part, and was back to fix it. There were no games and I felt great about their service.
