Frontpoint Construction

Hired Frontpoint to pour cement for a backyard patio and they delivered! They were very professional, courteous, and finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely call for future construction needs and would recommend to anyone. Not to mention they beat the other bid pricing I had by several hundred dollars.

Lets start with the good stuff and say that Nick is a super friendly guy, at least during the one time I met him for the consultation. He was exactly on time and quick to check out the apartment and get everything scheduled and started.
Unfortunately, the results of the work were highly disappointing. I asked Nick to fix some cracks on the walls and ceiling, but he or his crew ended up just painting over them, pretty much fixing nothing. When I notified him about the issues, he responded that it was never his intent to actually fix the cracks or any imperfections on the walls or ceiling despite it being written on the contract. I uploaded pictures of the bad work on *** for anyone interested to take a look.
Frontpoint Construction also quoted $500 to fix a floor underneath a half wall that was taken down. After the wall was taken down, they ended up asking $6,300 to fix the floor, so I didn't have it done at all. Now I got a hole in my floor. That's right, the estimate went from $500 to $6,300!
Finally, after the job was done, the majority of the lights in the apartment no longer work. Too bad I only noticed this after the job was paid for in full so he does not respond to any form of communication anymore.
With Frontpoint Construction it ended up costing ~$5,000 to paint a studio apartment white without fixing any imperfections on the walls or ceiling, and as a bonus lost most of the lights in my apartment and got a hole on my floor... Can't recommend.
