Trying to receive billing and invoice documentation to turn into insurance to close out damage claim.
The company, under a Paul Davis contract, mitigated the damage caused by Hurricane Florence. We have been waiting five months for a copy of the invoice so we can turn in our claim for damage. I have contacted several times, including today, to get a copy and was told that they would send me a copy or get back in touch with me about it. They have done neither. I have talked directly to Glen W., management member, and he as assured me that they will provide me the information needed. Since it was a subcontract of Paul Davis, the procedure has been horrible to resolve.
We would like the final invoice or bill from the company that they have submitted to NC Joint Underwriting Associaion.

The work they did was sloppy. The main problem was communication. They would promise dates of when they would show up and would fail to meet them. I am now trying to get an invoice from them to turn into my insurance. It has been five months.
