and we believe it to be found unsubstantialWe have a process in our cancellation policies which clearly states on the contract signed by all members that in order to process a cancellation, there must be a written 38-day cancellation submitted by the member if they wish to cancel Frontline Fitness never received a written cancellation from said member, therefore we were not aware that she wished to cancel her account We Frontline Fitness were also closed for a month period when the complaint was filed, as we were relocating our gymAll mail was forwarded to the owner's home during this time, and no letter of cancellation was receivedThe policies are written andexplained to all members at the time of their signing the contracts.If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us at ***@frontline.fitness, or at our new location of W Riverbend Ave, Post Falls, ID 83854.Thank you, Chanda L***Owner/Operator of Frondine Fitness
