Review: We needed a car late September and We had gone to Frontline HIGHLY recommended and at first we were very happy with the service we had received. That lasted about 5 minutes when the car started smoking and overheating. Frontline had to tow it back to their shop and worked on it for 2 days before we received back. 4 days later our exhaust completely separated and you can see and hear it dragging on the ground and sparking. We bring it back. They have it for another 2 days. Problem allegedly solved. You guessed it... 5 days later and same problem happens again. I guess the gum and scotch tape they used to fix it didn't work. By the way we are still WAITING for the part and that was two weeks ago. Now what really makes me hate this place was that they SNEAKILY added a used car warranty which they DIDNT tell us about like the stereotypical used car dealer. The dealer told me and my two witnesses, one of which was the person who recommended the place, that the car COMES with a warranty. Come to look at the paperwork and they charged us 1730.00 for an OPTIONAL warranty ON TOP OF the price that I never signed off on or was fully explained about. Why would I spend 1730 on a 5000 dollar car?!?!?! It's a third of the price!! I would have never agreed to it. Frontline told us to expect problems when you buy a used car. If I was buying it PRIVATELY I would expect it, but not when I'm at a dealership. All I received from them was a lemon, lies, smoke and mirrors. I wouldn't buy another car from there if it was the last place on earth.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my 1730.00 for the warranty I didn't approve or was explained about to either be refunded to me or taken of the balance of the car loan. I DO NOT want to deal with them anymore.
