The salesman that helped my family [redacted] was extremely helpful in not only getting the right vehicles for us but educating us on realistic expectations on what we could afford and what we could notI appreciate the honesty of Frontier Motors from the sales department all the way to the finance office with ***Sometimes the truth is hard to hear, especially when other dealerships tell you that you can get whatever you wantThese people actually care about you after the sale and that is rareI'm excited about my purchase, and to know that I won't be broke because of it is refreshing

Ms*** purchased the trailer because her niece and boyfriend recommended the trailerThey were working for me and he had done repair work on the roof and even lived in the trailer a short time during which time the trailer had been rained on and did not leakOne week prior to Ms***
purchasing the trailer I had a customer and his wife that wanted to look at the trailer and called me a couple hours before they came and had me hook up water, electricity, and propaneThey spent two hours inspecting everything in the trailer including a/c, water, water heater, stove, toilet, furnace, and even the jacksThe only issues they found were a few light bulbs on the running light system were burned out and some of the plastic covers on those lights were missingWe repaired those issues but the woman was disabled and had too much difficulty getting in and out of the trailer and decided not to buyWhen Ms*** looked at the trailer I told her about every repair we had doneShe also had the opportunity to have us hook up everything but did not have timeI also told her about having hooked it up for the other customer and her niece and boyfriend verified the thatI sell my trailers and vehicles AS-ISI do not finance my trailers but Ms*** explained to me that she was in a desperate situation and only had but could pay a month until the balance was paidI agreedShe had no way to pick the trailer up and asked me to deliver itAnother service I do not offer but did anywayShe called and said the keys didn't work and when we located the correct keys she said she already changed the locks because of the neighborhood she lived inKeys were located the same daySeveral days later she told me about the water lines and I sent an employee out to inspect them and he told me they had been chewed up by ratsI told her we ran water through those lines a week prior to her purchasing the trailer and she basically called me a liarI had the water lines fixed anywayA week later her and her son came in and said roof was leakingHer son said if I purchase the material he would fix itSo I didA couple weeks later she said she fired up the furnace and it smelled funnyShe never said it didn't workDays later she came in and said it didn't work and that the propane bottle gas lines were crimped and gas could not go through the lineI once again assured her I had personally witnessed the stove and furnace workingShe called me a liar againSo I offered her of the total she had paidI already transferred title, so basically I offered her all her money back less TTLShe refused
