I have sold numerous homes over the years and the sale of my home that involved [redacted] as the Loan Officer was absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured. She did not properly qualify the buyer and at the point when conditional loan approval was anticipated an entirely new loan product had to be started. "Gift funds" were then required. [redacted] did not source the gift funds and without me stepping in to loan money to the gift donor the sale would never have closed. 12 hours before movers were scheduled to arrive [redacted] had not advised closing would not occur on time. Movers and truck had to be cancelled; utilities had to be re-installed and because of the delays I personally lost in excess of $1,000 in repairs I could have requested on the purchase of my new home in another state. [redacted] took NO responsibility for any of her actions; she was rude and insulting and I would NEVER recommend anyone use her services.
