applicable: Annual AssessmentSpecial AssessmentInterest on unpaid balance of 9%Legal fees in attempt to collect funds, liens, filed or removed from the propertyMonthly water billsAll homeowners received a copy of bylaws when they bought the property and as each amendment was made to the bylaws. The latest amendment was made and mailed to homeowners in 2015. Anyone who uses water from the Frontier community well, must be a member of the subdivision and is charged a flat monthly fee.Please note the attached regarding the charges billed to Lot #1.
