I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me along with fixing the rust properly with a deturant like as discussed with Mr [redacted].  The first time I took my truck in for repair it required paint. I was given a warranty on the paint, and about 8 months later the paint bubbled and I took it back. That's when I was told it was rust and a deturant would be put on the rust. It must not have been done, so I asked for the rust repair to be done again for the inconvenience when they had my truck for 3 1/2 weeks only to be far from complete and having to take it back, and it was ok'd.  I will wait for the business to perform these action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Good afternoon,I had an opportunity ti speak with [redacted] personally. What we are going to do is order new mud flaps for her vehicle. When they arrive we will have [redacted] bring the truck in. We will replace the mudflaps and repair the wheel house lining. The rust repair was not a part of the insurance...
