Mr.[redacted] brought his tractor to Frontier Ag & Turf's service dept. due to an overheating issue. Mr. [redacted]'s tractor was sold with two types of warranty coverage. The first being a John Deere basic warranty which started in April...

of 2013, which provided coverage until May of 2015. After May the tractor was covered by a limited basic warranty in effect May of 2015 which expires in April of 2016. Mr. [redacted]'s tractor was diagnosed by the service department and a failure was determined. Due to the nature of the failure it was questionable whether the unit would be covered under the limited basic warranty on the tractor, because of this Mr. [redacted] was quoted a price to repair the issue in the event that the claim was rejected. At this time it was agreed that Frontier Ag & Turf would perform the repairs. The repairs were performed and the claim was submitted. Once reviewed by John Deere the claim was rejected. At this time Mr. [redacted] was informed and paid the $195.00. In review of the customer complaint and conversation with Mr. [redacted], the customer feels John Deere should have covered the repair and this is the root of his dissatisfaction. Frontier Ag & Turf holds the satisfaction of our customer's dearest to our company core values, because of this an agreement between Mr. [redacted] and Frontier Ag & turf has been reached.
