Our Agent Charles J*** left the customer a voicemail on 6/telling the customer he had set up the exchange for the clock. Customer returned call on 6/he explained the exchange. Explained all items shipped except the cushions. When the order was placed on May

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, the entire issue could have been avoided if the business had simply processed my order correctly in the first place The fact that I had to contact the company times including contacting the president of the company before anything was done to resolve my issue is outlandish Also, the business employee Rachel who stated that she send an email/letter to follow up on the gift certificate is not telling the truth I never received said letter or email This business is not to be trusted I will not be using the $gift certificate

I do not want anything more to do with this company. They are a "bait and switch" company and I don't ever want to hear from them again. You need to sanction their actions. I sent them copies of the front page of their catalog, where it says ALL ON SALE, and they told me it was an "expired" catalog. So then I sent them the page showing it was from May 2017, which hadn't even arrived yet, and they came up with another excuse. (See Attachments).Their answer is basically "read the fine print, and if we say "Everything" is on sale in big letters, you have to read through all the exclusions." Well, I have a lot of choices where to shop and Frontgate will never be one of them. Instead of sending me all these questions, why don't you do something about this? Why do you always take the company's side? I am the customer and this company has numerous "bait and switch" complaints against them if you read the reviews. For once, I would like to see a complaint to the Revdex.com get some results instead of lip service

Our agent spoke with the customer apologizing and ensured credit was processed and not further delayed. Credit was processed on 11/25/for the full amount of the charge. Thank you,*** ***Brand Services Manager

We processed the request to be removed from our mailing list in December as requested. We are researching the removal steps we took along with the list that may have generated the recent catalog mailing. We reprocessed the removal of the customers name and address to avoid future

Reviewed and ***ed the prin*** copy of the gift certificate did have the incorrect date prin***, it did not reflect the promotional expiration date provided in the email communication. My associate called the customer and left a message. She also sent the below email honoring the
gift certificate by issuing a credit to the new order

Left customer a voicemail and followed up with an email notifying although the order was placed prior to the start of the
promotion, it had not yet shipped. The profile is flagged not to receive
notifications; this is why she did not receive the notification. Obtained
permission to update profile to now receive email order notifications. Upon review of the order as it relates to the promotion,
she would have been eligible for an $reward certificate. Since the free shipping promotion was used, it was equivalent discount of
$311.52, plus the $gift certificate our representative sent, amount
awarded $was which leaves a difference of $388.48.I issued a gift certificate in the amount of $
on order ***This certificate will valid until
