I ordered a banner. I couldnt quite get it right but after a brief phone call with Rose it was perfect. Came quickly and looked exactly as promised. Well made. Sturdy. Looks like it will last a long time. Fantastic customer service.
I have been having my signs for my properties made locally for years. This time around I decided to save a bit of money and get some made online. Big mistake. The online interface for this company did NOT proof read my order and I received two signs ($70+) with a spelling error. Even though I tried to make sure the order was accurate, they have decided that the dollar is more important than offering ANY solution to make it right. A costly lesson for me. What really bothers me is that lots of folks (besides me) have problems reading and spelling. When you deal with a company locally and face to face, they proof and screen for errors as a part of the service they offer. DO NOT trust online orders.
We are sincerely sorry about your negative experience, however, our online order processing is entirely automated, thus, we do not proofread the files or modify them in any manner. Once again, we are sorry about the inconvenience.
Maybe a system shouldnt be so automated that problems like this could happen. Proofing is a fundamental practice to ensure quality performance in a service being provided.
We totally understand your concern, Sir, however, the idea behind online commerce is automation. Thank you.
I don't believe you do understand. If a company is going to offer a service, automated or not, it needs to stand behind their work. Any system so automated that it can go without some type of oversight or quality control via human interaction is flawed. My concern is informing potential new customers of your lack of responsibility/accountability to provide quality services. Buyer Beware. I will be doing my business with companies that inspect their orders before blindly shipping the finished product. And as already stated, I will not be recommending your services. No further comments.
FYI, we operate 2 separate companies - Front Signs which is operated locally in Southern California and Square Signs which ships nationwide. On Front Signs orders, we always send out digital proofs to our customers before initialing production, however, our online customers for Square Signs are responsible for creation of their own design and we take no responsibility for proofreading or adjusting the online orders. So, once again, our entire team is sorry for your negative experience but that is one of the core ideas behind an online service.

Your system is flawed. You've no concern for your customers satisfaction. You've no concern for the quality of your service. You make too many excuses. You will never be right.
I sent a picture of a wall decal that I wanted and they replicated it. However, they did not tell me that I was receiving a wall paper and that they do not provide wall decals. They installed the wallpaper and it looks a mess. I tried contacting them about me being unhappy and them not telling me that they do not do wall decals. They brushed me off
