Matthew "Matt" M does good work WHEN he works. He starts things and does not finish. He tells you he needs more money to complete the job then he doesn't do anymore work. You get letters from subcontractors telling you that they are going to put a lein on your house for non-payment.
Just ask Larimer County how they like Matthew M or contractors in the county! They do not want to deal with him anymore.
This man robs Peter to pay Paul and then doesn't even pay Paul anymore. HIs employees have all quit on him because he doesn't pay them either!
This man deserves jail time.
