I am very sorry that we were not able to find a lender who would work with this client, after we spent enormous hours and efforts in our do so (at no cost to the client). Some loans are much harder to get placed than others (sadly), and this file had 3-significant issues that made it
very difficult to get placed. We pride ourselves on attempting to help clients even with difficult facts and are sorry that we were unable to find a lender who would take this file. Again, the client was never charged a penny for our work (no application fee, we paid for credit, submission fees, etc.).My staff engaged in dozens of emails with the borrowers, and dozens of phone calls, as well as was in at least two in office meetings with his wife- this is very, very easy to substantiate with abundant phone and email records As per client paperwork- we in fact received almost no original client paperwork- as we rather scanned in the clients paperwork and handed back to the client their own originals (for perhaps 95% of the docs). The very few original documents that we did receive were returned immediately to the clients as soon as they requested it, directly in front of our receptionist. Absolutely no "Vital information" of the clients was withheld (anything we had from them was immediately returned to them).I wish we could make every application be accepted by the lenders (would make life much easier)!
