I have made multiple attempts to correct the ORIGINAL installed ***al issues that *** has stated. I have hired our ***ian to come out and review the recommended repairs by the first company and received a significantly smaller quote. When I originally asked the ***al
company "*** *** *** ***" from his proposal what Front Range HVAC, LLC would be responsible for to bring everything to code and he quoted the $would bring the ***al to code. While *** *** *** *** and Front Range HVAC was at his home, *** asked *** ** *** *** *** ***) to quote out some additional items of re-routing the ***al and additional items he wanted to add. *** asked me while we were at his home if I would pay to have the ***al re-routed. I explained no because the original routing was what we had originally agreed upon. Throughout this process every time something has been repaired *** has exaggerated and tried to get more and more for free that was not in the original contractAttached you will find all of the email communications that I have had with *** ***. While we have worked diligently to resolve his conflicts, he has been uncooperative. Most recently he filed a complaint with *** ***, where they temporarily suspended my account (standard procedure until they completed the investigation is what their customer solutions rep explained). Immediately following the temporary suspension, we received an email from *** *** with more threats of reporting this issue to the Revdex.com, etc. We responded and offered to have the ***ian come out again and ensure that everything is up to code and safe. We never heard anything from *** again until today when *** ***s reactivated our accountPrior to *** ***s investigating the issue we did not hear anything from *** *** after the ***ian Front Range HVAC hired to get everything up to code. We have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue professionally and respectfully and have been unsuccessful on numerous occasions
