My first impression of Jim was that he was that he wanted to make sure I received the right service for my car at a fair price. My first impression was right on. Jim arrived at my house on time, discussed the damage and options for repair. He ended up recommending a service that he doesn’t do because he thought it was the best option. I appreciate Jim’s quick response, genuine advice and integrity. If I’m ever in the need of additional car repairs, I’m definitely calling Jim again.

Prompt and professional response to a really ratty bumper on my ***! I had horrible paint flaking on the bumper as a result of a previous sub-par paint job. I called Jim on a Wednesday afternoon. He arrived in 20 minutes, checked out the car, gave me a fair estimate, and arranged the repair for the next morning! The results were amazing. I'd challenge anyone to find a better response time than that. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. Great job Jim and thank you!

I was lucky that a local autobody shop referred me to Jim. I had some rust spots starting to develop on my 15-yr-old car that was otherwise in great condition and low-milage. I called Jim, left a message and he called me back within the hour. When I dropped the car off with him, he did the work in the amount of time that he said he would. My car came out looking great. He got rid of the rust and put a professional paint job on over the metal. (he also went the extra mile in helping me track down a missing trim piece that he subsequently installed for me) Price was incredibly reasonable. I now know how the cars on used car lots look so pretty -- they hire Jim to touch them up!

One of the paint/auto body specialists came to my car's location to attend to scratches and headlight cleaning promptly and respectfully. He shared advice about my vehicle and offered to assist me in the future. I was largely impressed.

Jim was great! Extremely professional, kind, and did amazing work. Throughout the entire process he was very communicative and responsive. He was very honest during the "estimate" phase as well...he helped me think through all of my options (even options that would have lost him my business!). I couldn't have been more satisfied...I'm almost hoping I get more damage to my car so I can work with him again!
