Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because as I told her when I spoke with her, I put on the cardigan and got in my car the Monday after making the purchase On my way to work the tassel fell off At this point I could not drive back to my house or I'd be late so I wore it with one tassel remaining Which, by the way, fell off within a few hours of arriving to my office.Unfortunately, it is not unusual to find that a product is defective until it has been worn by the customer and the color bleeds on to your pants, the snaps fall off, the drawstring falls off, etc I am a Director of Customer Service for a very large business and her return policy, and her poor business practice, is the real problem This is likely a waste of my time as well as the team at the Revdex.com because it is clear that she does not stand behind her product What is a person supposed to do? Tuck the price tag in and wear the product to make sure it is okay and then when something happens they can return the product, price tag intact, and lie about it not being worn? I was honest when I stated that it happened the first time I wore it, within minutes of putting it on, and I returned it days laterI hardly had time to abuse the product Sincerely, [redacted]
The customer wanted to return an item that she had worn, but we do not return items that have been worn, used or laundered.Thank you
