Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I understand they had other customers interested in the car and that's why I tried to get a hold of them that same I did get a hold of the salesman called him and told him he told me to call the next morning so I did cause I didn't want them to lose out on a potential buyer so I had let them know early on what was going onI would understand if I didn't give them a call in a week or even days but I let them know I couldn't do it with then hoursI am sorry I couldn't purchase the car but I just want the $back since I did notify the dealer right away I couldn't purchase the car[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
We at Front Line Motors are willing to resolve the complaintFront Line Motors will agree to refund half of the buyers deposit in the amount of $If the buyer agrees a check will be waiting for pick up
The costomer came in to the dealership we meet with him about the MustangHe really like the car and we got him approvedHe then said he wanted his girlfriend as a co-signer because he want lower paymentsThe customer asked us to hold the car and we explained he needs to give us a $holding
deposit to hold the carHe then called the following day and said he said the payments where still to high so we worked on it and got the payments lowerHe then explained he didn't want the car, during this time we had a few interested buyers come in wanting the car and we where holding it for him so in this prosess we lost potential customersWith that he lost the deposit

I would understand if I didn't give them a call in a week or even 2 days but I let them know I couldn't do it with then 24 hours. I am sorry I couldn't purchase the car but I just want the $500 back since I did notify the dealer right away I couldn't purchase the car.
