Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They called me after I filed the complaintThey are scheduled for next Wednesday weather pendingAt this point I will only know for sure when the job starts and finishes I completely disagree on the characterization that the entire delay was due to my one week delay in color selectionI have emails of communication regarding paint color which I have attachedTo summarize - I asked about color selection when the contract was being signedI was told that that will be done when job will startAt some point I was notified to provide color detailsI did that within a week, but unfortunately I made a mistake in picking interior color instead of exterior colorI was told that they might be able pick matching exterior color but that was not possible and I was notifiedI provided them exterior color within a week Then they remained silentWhen I followed up, first I was told that they didn’t receive color detailsI did resend promptly and since then they kept postponing the job every weekI understand that they couldn't wait, but there's no need for keep telling me that it's starting every other week and that also only when I followed upThey never called me nor emailed me to notify; so forget about asking me again and again about colorYou can see that in the attached emailsI didn’t have a start date till I filed the complaintSincerely, [redacted] ***
