We were very disappointed in the customer service we received from the Potting Shed regarding our September weddingThe flower quality was poor, and we had paid for a $head table floral arrangement that was never receivedThis item is listed on the quoteOur venue coordinator will confirm the lack of floral arrangement if required
I was in touch (by phone) with ***, the business owner, on the Monday following our wedding (September 18, 2017), and politely outlined my concernsShe said she's get back to me with a resolution within a few daysThis never happenedI texted her to follow up the following Monday (September 25) and received no responseMy husband called her that afternoon at pm and was met with a curt "we're closed"I texted her the next day (September 26) to a response that she was "sick in bed"Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I did not contact her again until Monday, October 2, two full week

I was originally emailing *** from From the potting shed inquiring on florals for my weddingShe sent me a priliminary floral floral plan as well told me another couple wanted the same date as meIn the floral plan it states you can put a $deposit to save your notIt does not state anywhere that this deposit is non refundableI then transferred the money to save the dateAt this time I still ha e no contract with the business, nor have I signed anythingWithin ten days I then message requesting a refund as I am unable to afford the flowers they are suggesting*** then tries telling me that the deposit is no refundable as per my floral plan, which I read back to her and it does not state that anywhereOnce I advise her of this she then began to ignore my emails and I have not heard from her or the business since
