I ordered parts on December 25th 2013. That had a 2 week lead time I has been over 7 months with no products. The guy is a scam artist. He always has a excuse or says the parts are getting made will be shipped this weekend ect. When you can get ahold of him. Communication is basically does not exist on his end. I've made several attempts to contact in the last week using text message , [redacted] ( both his personal and company page along with his wife's personAl ) Myself and about 50 others on [redacted] have been screwed. Review: My order was submitted in late December for a set of headlights and my credit card was immediately charged. Today is May 2 and I have not received any product and all my communication (phone, email, text message, Internet forum) have all gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund.

Review: This complaint could easily be customer service, shipping, or delivery. I ordered a set of HID headlights on 11/2/2013 (Order # [redacted]). I was told that due to the retrofitting required it could take a few months to fulfill the order. My husband spoke with the owner a few days after Christmas and was told they should be shipped before New Years day. I received a shipping notification on 1/9/2014. Since that date the tracking information has not changed (still shows "electronic shipping info received") and I have not received my order. Via a text to my husband the owner insists the package was shipped, however the [redacted] is adamant that it never received the package to be sent. The owner has been far beyond difficult to contact and only responded to my husband when he stated our next action would be to contact the Revdex.com. As of 1/21/2014 we have not received our order or updated shipping information showing the package en route to us.Desired Settlement: As this order included custom painting I want my original order by 1/30/2014.
