[redacted] didn’t think I changed her oilShe went to another shop who told her that the oil had in fact been changedIt was hot and I was trying to be nice so I charged her air conditioner and put Freon in for it at no charge to herThe part she is talking about in the air conditioner is the expansion valve (which used to be called an orifice tube)That wasn’t the only issue with her air conditioner, she needed a new pump and other parts were out on it toShe blew up and said that I said I was going to be able to fix it for $60, that is not the caseHer dad called and we ended up giving her part back to her dadSince then, she took the part back to [redacted] and was refunded all of her moneyThe only thing we charged her for was the oil change and filter
