RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I have contacted [redacted] , they said they never themselves contact any merchant directly. But will forward them the new refund confirmation that I received through BBB. [redacted] asked if the merchant can resend the new refund confirmation to them again since apparently they did not recieve it. Regards,
