This customer came in the shop for maintenance services We performed the services The customer came back over two weeks later saying we damaged his vehicleWe inspected the vehicle and found that there was damage on rear of the vehicle on the side panels .We explained to the customer thatWe could have not caused that kind of damage .We use drive on oil change racks that are unable to pick a vehicle up like thatThe customer would not accept the answer .The customer requested to to talk with the service technician that worked on vehicle and inspect the service rack the vehicle was serviced onWe allowed that and showed the customer the rack could not have made that kind of damageThe customer called GM and we all talked about it together.We have talked with this customer several time about his concernThis is a unfortunate but the fact is the customer had this vehicle for over two weeks.We don't know what happen to the vehicle during this timeWe are not going to pay for something that we did not causeThanks
