Frink's Fine Finish Painting

I contracted Lisa and Melissa from Frink’s Fine Finish Painting for a large combination room in my condo (Living/Dining/Kitchen area). The walls were in rough shape from the previous owner, with several holes from screws, wall anchors etc., tree sap and ink on the walls, and ceiling damage from smoke.
Lisa and Melissa showed up promptly for the estimate, and I found them warm and friendly. They asked informed questions to ensure they had a good understanding of the work I needed done, and make expert recommendations when needed. I received a prompt, reasonable estimate for the work with a clear picture of the timeframe when I would be able to get this work done.
They scheduled an arrival time for the first day, and Melissa arrived promptly. We reviewed what holes needed to remain to accommodate current wall fixtures, and they did a beautiful job of filling in the rest. You could not tell at all that the damage occurred. The lines they cut were crisp, the paint job beyond my expectation. Every day I received an update on where they were in the job via text. I had a small electrical issue during that time (no fault of theirs), and they informed me right away of the issue and we were able to get it resolved. The communication during the whole process was outstanding, and the job turned out beautifully.
The part I cannot stress enough was the care both Lisa and Melissa put into their work. My place was always clean upon my return, without a sign they were there. They were very careful to lock up as they left and made sure my cat did not get out. I never saw as much as a coffee cup or gum wrapper. The last day, they moved my furniture back partly and made sure the place looked nice upon my return, and even brought up the packages at my door. The customer service was amazing, and I was so happy that I stumbled upon this gem of a business with local owners that truly care about their craft and their customers.
