No one will answer the phones or return calls and they do not respond to email request either.I have been a member of their haunt club for a year, which was a complete waste of money. They charge 9.99 a month for a news letter that is uninformative at best. I recently was laid off and I have been trying to contact them to cancel this subscribtion. I have been leaving messages and sending emails for two months now and no one has responded to me. I was charged 9.99 for March and again for April and didn't even receive the newsletter or anything for those months. I simply want someone to contact me so that I can get this charge removed and insure that it does not continue to be taken out of my account. Desired SettlementI would like someone to contact me to cancel this subscribtion and refund me the monthly fee for the two months that I did not receive service.
