Friesen's Climate Control

I have had Frisens's installing a *** AC last summerFirstly a simple installation for couple for hours took more than a day, also since installation the AC didn't work properly and every time I have called they have sent a technician stating the previous ones were not experienced and it will be OK but it kept failing!!
After three different visits and repairs of tubing it still don't work, in fact every time home is hot our brand new AC (with highest cost ) never worked
I am not sure why such a terrible company has got AAA?
