matter.  I have attached a copy of a very detailed letter Ms. [redacted] sent to Dr. [redacted] on October 10, 2014, which specifically addresses all of his issues in the complaint.  In regard to the $400 rebate he states was promised to him by my agent, [redacted], unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] should not have made any agreement with Dr. [redacted] to rebate any commission to him, as this is a violation of AZ law. An unlicensed person may not receive any real estate commission.  As a newer independent real estate agent, Ms. [redacted] was unaware of this law at the time.
