Review: My Daughter [redacted] was enrolled in this daycare in 6/2014, the daycare charged us $1127 deposit which equals to one month tuition, and their policy requires one month notice for withdraw.

On 9/4/2015, we gave notice saying that we will withdraw our daughter from the daycare on 10/9/2015, which is one month notice, there were 6 business days she will stay in October so we will pay daily rate for the 7 days from the deposit, but the rest of the deposit should be refunded, however the daycare refused to refund the rest of deposit after multiple discussion, saying that deposit is non-refundable.Desired Settlement: there were 22 business days in October 2015, there were 16 days after the withdrawal, which is $819.64 worth of tuition, therefore we would like a refund of $819.64
