RESPONSE BY EMAIL TO Revdex.com COMPLAINT:RE: [redacted] Hello,This is the first correspondence we have received regarding this Ad Profile, which was published as requested on January **, 2015, and a confirmation letter was sent to [redacted] within several days of publication.The email address for Customer Service for Friends Beyond The Wall is: [redacted] .No request was ever received for assistance or we would have responded.Further, the initiator of this complaint indicated they called a phone number ###-###-####, which we have never heard of It is definitely not a phone number connected with Friends Beyond The Wall.Below is the link to the ad (which did not follow any of our company's instructions for best results for either the ad photo or message) We suggest a SMILING (teeth showing photo) to appear friendly and approachable Photo provided for publication was completely opposite We suggested providing significant information about 'who' the individual is and not being too specific with the ad message in terms of who they were wishing to write to and weeding out results AFTER receipt Instead, [redacted] wrote: love big thick women, (the bigger the better) [redacted] Finally, this person submitted an expired order form from 2008, and even though pricing had increased by nearly $10.00, our company produced the ad even though payment was short.This complaint was completely without merit and we don't want this black mark on our record, when we have handled this customer in a professional and timely manner, and have provided all services requested Further, the person complaining would have only needed to go to the front page of our web site and type this individual's LAST NAME and his ad would have appeared immediately, which would have negated any need to make any type of complaint.Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I [redacted] mailed a new application with Friends Beyond The Wall on January **, 2015, including a $100.00 money order. This new application for my son [redacted], who is still in [redacted] in [redacted].
I e-mailed Friends Beyond The Wall three times with no response from them yet. I also call ###-###-#### this morning February ** 2015 and the recording says do not continue to call this number and your recording will not be answered. Where is my $100.00 Money Order?Desired Settlement: If the Business is no longer I would like a REFUND ASAP!!!!!!!!
