Friendly RV Park

When the reservation was made the guest was told our sites are "duplex sites" meaning each row has a service in front and a service in backIt has been this way since the park was built over yrs ago, and is certainly not something that could be changedThey were told at the time of making the
reservation that we would do everything possible to accomodate their being able to remain "hooked up"They went ahead and booked the reservation anywayThey were told upon arrival that we were booked full, and that they would indeed have to unhook their vehicle and park it in overflow parkingThey agreed and parked the vehicle in overflow behind the officeWhen I closed the office they had moved their truck into our freshly seeded grass beside their motorhome, so I tapped on the door to ask that they move it to overflow and off the grassHe was confrontational from the start and even after re-explaining it all to him again, was very insulting and rude but agreed to move his truck, which he didHad he complained upon cheI would have gladly refunded his money and he could have gone elsewhere; but he decided to stay, used our showers and facilities, etcAll of our sites are exactly the same length as I explained to him, and everyone had to unhook their vehicle if they didn't fit the 52' length of the spaceWe certainly didn't force him to stay, and since he decided to stay should pay the discounted rate that he paid to start with
