Friendly Giant Window & Gutter Cleaning

This company broke one of our windows while cleaning our roofInitially they offered $*** but because its going to cost upwards of $*** to fix I declinedThey were helpful at first and called in a window guy to come do the repairThe window guy said that he wasn't sure how it was done but that it was most likely a pressure crack that could be caused by a ladderBecause we have custom windows, they could not match it perfectlyWe then called the manufacturers of the window directly and got them to come quote the job
After they sent the initial window repair company to my house the roofing company wanted all the info so they could go through insuranceI didnt have the new quote by *** yet so I told them they had to waitA few days later, all of the sudden, they started declining that they did it and say now they will not pay for any of itOn top of that they sent me a bill for the half finished poorly done roof cleaning they did for me
I do not have proof they did

We do not have a well, collecting rainwater from our roof for all our water needsWe installed Leafguard gutters, not knowing they would get dirty and contaminate rainwater before it is filtered and usedLeafguard recommended we use Friendly Giant to clean the gutters*** drove up from Victoria, bringing water with him, since our cistern was lowHe did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and protecting our water supply
