purchased a flower arrangementwas told did not have enough carnation, but would replace with other flowersI explained to them I wanted to make sure it was full and that it was going to be blue and white flowers that colors I had pickedupset when delivery came inwas not even full and had carnations and I paid $was not worth the price or the quality was horribleI called and complained and the yet has not called to give me a refundThe Manager Donna informed me that she was not able to refund back to meShe said was not able to refund FTD orders, and I told I did not order online that I came in the store to make the purchaseI showed *** exactly what I wanted and there was no comparison the picture she had shown meI was terribly upsetThe arrangement was lopsided and about to fall off the easelI had even requested to be at least half of the refundThe quality was just horrib
