Friendly Chihuahuas

Review: I am not sure of the zip code for friendly chihuahuas, they have no address on their web site. I paid in full for a chihuahua puppy and have received nothing in return. As of Monday, June **, 2015 all correspondence with friendly chihuahuas has stopped completely.I have retained all email between myself and friendly chihuahuas. I paid $550 for a puppy and have had two promised delivery dates. Both came and went and I have not received a puppy. The specific puppy on their web site I wanted was "[redacted]" - Reference #[redacted] There is another "company" they are affiliated with: [redacted] This is the firm they "use to ship the puppies".I am a semi-handicapped senior citizen. I realize I've made a huge mistake. I made this decision two days after having been under general anesthesia for surgery. I'm not trying to make excuses but this may have been a factor in my error in judgement as I feel I've fallen for a scam!Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have my puppy or a full refund. They are not answering my emails.
