Friel came to my house to do work on my roof. they were prompt and did a good job. we also had estimates for two other jobs they said they would do. they were to call back with in two weeks to set a time frame to do the work. that was 6 weeks ago. after numerous phone calls they have yet to get back to me with a time to do the work.they keep telling me they will call, and they have never done so. I also called on 11/23/15 to have the roof looked at. I found what looks like a piece of the roof vent cap in my gutter.they said they would be here first thing in the morning of the 24th,. again a no show or a call back. they are very unreliable when it comes to their customers
