First, we apologize for the defective flash drives. This is a very rare instance and we are looking into how this happened. Mr*** and I spoke on May 25th, 2018. We agreed to resolve this issue by sending replacement Twist USB drives with his logo laser engraved on the
front and back. The Flash drives are currently in transit and will arrive to Mr*** shortly.
