according to their results each time, the package was delivered to the address provided. Their investigations were backed by, according to UPS reps, GPS markers and confirmation from the customer. As the customer insisted they did not receive the package, in an effort to satisfy the customer we issued a refund on 5/12/for the total amount of $and the customer confirmed acknowledgement of the refund on 5/12/17.
