This is so untrueMy husband and I were not intoxicatedThe manager was very rude and trying to prove something, I'm not sure what, but I do promise my husband and I were not drunk and it really bothers me that these people are accusing us of thisEven more reason for a refundThanks!
***, In response to the complaint…David B*** was the manager on duty at the time The guests that have filed the complaint came in already intoxicated There were a couple of people in the group that were visibly impaired, slurring speech, two in fact appeared to be passing in
and out of consciousness at the table In following proper policy, Dave made the decision to stop serving the guests (which in turn is a responsible decision to make in regards to public safety, the safety of our guests, as well as in adherence to our liquor license)It is always are goal to provide a fun and safe environment for our guests When Dave informed the guests that he would not be serving them anymore, the complaints started In regards to a refund, all refunds need to be handled at the store level, and in this case we will not be providing a refund *** *** also posted a comment on our store Facebook page, which I am attaching with this email If you notice the time on the comments I personally responded minutes after Judy posted and never received any contact back We are saddened that we would lose business over trying to do the right thing, however we do reserve the right to stop service if we feel the guest has had too much consumption of alcohol We are sorry that Judy and her party viewed this in a negative light Should you need any further information, please contact myself personally at any of the contact information provided below.
