He took his time to explain the MANY processes in the claim process and the decisions that go into a claim. In return, I learned a lot for future car repairs and felt that he treated this situation with the upmost respect and professionalism. I know they were not under any obligation to even respond to the Revdex.com complaint, but they opened up dialogue promptly and professionally. That's all I can ask forThe whole process with Mr*** was a very positive and appreciative oneI was hoping to get reimbursed for the whole amount that I requested, but I felt the explanation from Mr*** made sense and therefore felt it was a fair settlement for both partiesAnd again, I appreciate the thoroughness of this claim
